Casa Ladera began when Salagnac, an architecture firm, invited Phibra to collaborate on the interior renovation of a house with an already well-defined architectural identity, reminiscent of a colonial Spanish hacienda. Its owner, Kelly Murray, brought a bold and highly personal vision built around color, patterned tiles, bronze fixtures, and expressive details. Phibra’s role was to translate these ideas into a cohesive interior, balancing the different elements while preserving and emphasizing the character of the existing house.
